Where to Find Your Files
After your purchase, you’ll receive:

Important: Make sure to save the files to your computer so you can access them anytime.
ZIP Files vs. Individual Files
Some of our products come in a ZIP file. This is a compressed folder that contains multiple files (like patterns, templates, or instructions).

On Windows or Mac: Just double-click the ZIP file to open or extract it.

On Mobile devices: ZIP files may not open properly. We recommend using a desktop or laptop to download and unzip files.
Other products may include individual files (like PDFs or PNGs). These can usually be opened directly after download.
