This unitard pattern will make a stylish addition to any gymnastics or dance wardrobe. With its eye-catching, color-blocked design, your little girl will be a standout in class or competition. The sewing pattern comes with a short or long sleeve option making it an ideal pattern for all year round.

My instructions are aimed at beginners with a regular sewing machine and use a simple zig-zag stitch. You will be amazed how much money you will save once you can sew your own leotards!

SIZE RANGE: This unitard sewing pattern is multi-sized and comes in sizes 2 to 14 for girls. See the sizing chart in the last thumbnail.


FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: This pattern is designed for stretch fabric with at least 75% stretch in both directions such as dance and swimwear lycra.

Great pattern!!

Easy to follow pattern and directions, and unitard turned out perfectly adorable! It ended up being a little “baggy” around her middle, but she is pretty tiny-waisted so that probably wasn’t a pattern issue.

I have drafted off all my sizes but not sewn yet. I have to make 25 leotards but don't yet have fabric. I will have an issue as some of the children range up to adult sizes, so I'm going to have to play with the patterns.
